Title 1 Let's get Dougal to work... Again!

Well, it seems last time wasn't enough, after waiting 3 months and getting the final boss approval. You can read all about that from the last series of blogs at: The Road to Get Dougal to Work (Title 1). It seems as thought the last procedure was not followed all the way to is end, I have a feeling someone on the legal side didn't sign off on something or that the "Dont have a relapse" lady is just more vindictive than I realized. But here I am having to start the whole procedure over from the beginning, and no they are not allowing Dougal to stay while it is completed...
