OK, I have made the first pass on the light theme. Honestly, I don't like light themes, they tend to hurt my eyes. This is why our default is done in mainly dark blues.
One thing I really like about this theme is the ability to change the looks from the user's perspective.
Near the top right, all users should see a set of icons like:
The wench and screwdriver icon opens the settings for all users. This should include guests.
From there it should open up a menu like this
For just light mode, click on the light icon and then save at the bottom right. It will change to that theme.
Feel free to play with the other settings. They are all liked to the account or cookie you are currently under.
Also, as I have said above I am not good with lighter colors. I will always entertain suggestions for changes, or even allow someone else to redo it.
