From time to time this subject raises it's ugly head. I normally see 2 camps of people with this.
I am firmly in the #1 category and I normally use the family vacation analogy. When you are on vacation filming or taking pictures how many times do you get a passerby in your frame? Is this illegal?
What do you think?
- 1. Those that say we can film anywhere in public, minus places that actually do confer an expectation of privacy like bathrooms.
- 2. Those that start quoting one and two-party states.
