There are several airlines that are using Open Doors Org to verify service dogs. Alaska Airlines, Jet Blue, Sun Country, and Allegiant are the ones they have listed on their site. ODO has put together a very easy tracking system for those of us that travel.
I have to say I like the ease of it. You simply fill in the DOT form, they check over it to make sure it is good, and then save it.
If they find something wrong with it you get an email and are allowed to fix any problems that they found.
Note: When I did my task list I simply comma-delineated everything on a single line. This caused my form to be kicked back. I edited it so that all the tasks were on their own line, and it was quickly approved.
After approval, I got a PDF of the DOT form that I could print off or even put on my phone for quick access. The website can be accessed to show the form also.
