After having a few orders that put me in the rear as far as costs go I found that it was due to allowing users to pick how they wanted their shipping handled. Example buyers selecting the no recopt USPS shipping for stickers and decals for tumblers.
My bad, but I have rectified this and now have simplified this so we are using a weight-based system for shipping and handling. Base shipping will be $6.00 for things like our decals and stickers and tumblers should be around $12.00. I will be setting discounts based on multi-unit purchases so that the buyer isn't having to pay ridiculous amounts for more than one item. Like paying $12.00 in shipping for 2 stickers.
