- Use only Rotella Breads (One of the Best in the USA)
- Use Only USDA Grade AA Large Eggs
- Slice our own Philly Steaks from Sirloin
- Slice & dice ALL our own vegetables from fresh.
- Make our own Potato Salad & Cole Slaws
