Erin Reaves (“Reaves”) brought this action againstImmediate Medical Care, P.A. (“Immediate”) for declaratory andinjunctive relief pursuant to Title III of the Americans withDisabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12181-12189. See Am.Compl., ECF No. 63. On the first day of trial, theCourt denied Immediate’s motion for summary judgment. SeeMinute Entry, ECF No. 109. After a three-day bench trial, theCourt ruled in favor of Immediate.
