Rebekah is an Animal Behaviorist and Pet Expert. She is also the founder and Owner of RUFF Academy where she has created obedience classes along with Agility classes and provides private training in peoples homes and Board & Train at her facility.
She has also created community groups such as Relax With Rover that include Pet Therapy Dogs visiting schools to create a positive effect on students and also the community. She has also created a local social club and in the midst of creating a 501c3 to train service dogs for families that include members that live with Autism.
She works with local rescues such as Sandi Paws Rescue and PURR-Fect Animal Rescue and continues to help with training and rehabilitation With rescue Dogs to help them achieve their forever homes!
She is an evaluator for the AKC's Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Test and works with Char Specht Pachniak to help those achieve their Pet Therapy Status! She has also volunteered with a local service dog organization to train service dogs!
She founded RUFF Academy Real Life Dog Training in 2012, and was nominated and voted the 2017 Adult Volunteer of the Year for the Sheboygan School District. The was also selected as one of the 2017 People of the Year according to the Sheboygan Press!
