Cornerstone Companions® Service Dogs is a 501c(3) volunteer based organization that raises and places fully trained service dogs for a variety of disability needs including autism assistance, medical alert, medical response, hearing assistance, psychiatric, and mobility assistance service dogs. We also train and place facility dogs which are specially trained to assist in various courtrooms and other government or local agencies. In some cases we can even train your existing dog to become an assistance dog.
Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve the higher quality of life, independence, and freedom that they desire through the use of a skillfully trained Cornerstone Companions service dog at an affordable price. We want to restore hope and change lives!
Cornerstone Companions all started with founder Britany Morano's love of dogs and people. She has an insatiable desire to provide assistance dogs to those in need regardless of their ability to pay. Today we rely on volunteers and donations to provide the most wonderful service dogs to people in need.
Our service dogs are raised in our homes, receive daily positive reinforcement training, and become members of our family until they are ready to serve someone with a disability. We love watching our service dogs make a constant impact in the life of the person they are matched with.
